‘Équivoque’- The Deep Thinker

Heyya!! Well, Rain is a part of our life that we can't defy. People, often have different opinions on Rain, what about you? 

I, through a poem, have attempted to express my views on this mighty force of nature. Let's get the coffee ready and start reading:-


‘Équivoque’

Alas..!!! The Sky switched to wail mode,

The roads are overflowed. 

Because of you, and only you,

The worms are leaving their abode.


I am drenching but still dry, 

I am drowning, but still so high. 

Because of you, and only you,

 I am viewing myself as a large- scaled Bonsai.


You soaked my dreams, 

Washed away my Reams.

Because of you and only you, 

The world is hell, it seems.


Neither will I praise you, nor will I mock, Because,

La pluie est équivoque, (The rain is equivocal)

    Great Poetry skills!!! I am really impressed with your way of expression and vocabulary.
    I would just give one suggestion that it would be helpful if you could write the translation of the French sentences in english within a bracket.

    Your rhyming skills have just amazed me..!!
    The only thing I feel is that the repetition of the last line was a- bit off.

If the Time Demands

  If the Time Demands You can peel the ‘humane’ stickers off of your head, You can trade your perseverance with some practicality, You can turn your stubbornness off for a bit, If the Time demands.   You can be more hostile to hostility, You can keep some distance from realists, You can change the sign boards rather than turning them, If the Time demands.   Yes you can, But just for the slightest of the moments, Even contradict yourself, If the Time demands. - The Deep Thinker Hello Mates!!
